PRODUCT ORDERING, SHIPPING AND RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICIES
Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Priority shipping orders received before 7:00am PST will be shipped the same day. Processing and shipping time does not include weekends and holidays, and orders placed on Friday after 7am PST, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Business Days: Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving.
Overnight and Second Day: Orders must be placed by 7am Pacific Standard Time (PST) to be processed on the same business day. Overnight orders that ship on Friday will not be delivered until Monday (excluding holidays).
Shipping charges are based on order totals. Standard shipping takes approximately 5 business days. Second day and overnight delivery is not available at this time.
We do not deliver shipments to PO Boxes.

BACKORDERS & OUT OF STOCK
If you order a product that is currently out of stock, you will receive an email to let you know about it. We will advise you of the possible in stock date and request a confirmation for a backorder, exchange or cancel instructions.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND ARRIVAL TIMES
ALL ORDERS ONCE PROCESSED ARE FINAL. If we have already processed and shipped out the order, it cannot be canceled. If you are not sure which product(s) to order, contact us before placing the order. Our team of experts will be happy to advise. Orders cannot be revised or canceled after the order is placed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
For orders shipping outside of the US: Please allow a minimum of 14 days for delivery. However, there is no guarantee of delivery time within this period. Once the order has left our fulfillment office we have no control over the postal delivery system. All orders are shipped with a delivery confirmation. All international orders are subject to additional shipping and handling charges. CarePluss is not responsible for lost or damaged items due to shipper negligence.

Just as pharmaceutical products cannot be returned and resold, due to laws/ regulations, the nature of cosmeceutical products, fall under the same laws/regulations and demand a never re-sell returned items policy. CarePluss stringently upholds and supports such laws/regulations.
Accepted Reasons for Returns or Refunds
No Results, Reaction
Product may be returned within 30 days if customer has no results in that time frame, or, has a reaction not specifically described in our written product reaction material.
Upon receipt, the returned product(s) will be opened and inspected to ensure that there is at least 50% of the original contents remaining.
Damaged Goods
Replacement will occur upon receipt of damaged item(s).

returns@carepluss.com . You will be given a Return Authorization Number, without which, you will not be able to make an exchange or return. We review each return package individually once it’s received. Refunds are processed upon receipt and examination of the product and DO NOT include shipping/handling costs. Return Authorizations are only valid for 30 days.
No returns or exchanges are accepted on Samples or Bonuses.
Our staff double-checks all orders carefully and packs all orders to ensure safe transit to your location. If you receive an incorrect order you must contact us upon receipt to receive the correct item(s).

If you desire a more rapid and 100% guaranteed improvement we believe you might be better served by techniques such as dermabrasion, laser-resurfacing, deep chemical peels and pharmaceutical medications prescribed by a physician.
International Orders – Responsibility for Customs Charges
Clients are responsible for any customs charges incurred. Be advised that any order not picked up from Customs or the Post Office, WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
CarePluss will always indicate the accurate value of the products when filling out customs forms. Please do not ask us to list it as “gift” or at a reduced price. We honestly and accurately fill out customs forms.
Lost/or Stolen Orders (after delivery)
We are not responsible for any orders lost or stolen after delivery. Any such claim should be taken up with your local postal service or carrier.
Defective Pumps
If you feel you have received a defective pump, first, open and then re-tighten the cap which many times solves the problem. Or, partially unscrew the pump top of the container, turn the bottle upside down, tap it to remove any air pockets that may be hindering the pump function, re-tighten the cap, and try again.
